This 3/2.5 townhouse on CSB allows you to enjoy both the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph's Bay. With stunning unobstructed views on all 3 levels you'll never have to miss a sunrise or sunset! The bike trail that spans the length of the Cape is directly across the street so you have easy access to walk or bike to pickleball courts, live music, the local general store or the doughnut shop. At your doorstep are miles of some of the cleanest and quietest beaches America has to offer.

Welcome to your perfect beach vacation! This 3 level townhome gets you as close to the water as possible. You'll be sure to get your steps in as there are 2 sets of stairs to access the different levels. The main level features a large screened in porch with swing and dining area. There's plenty of space for the whole family to relax in the living room which has a 65" Samsung smart tv and a queen sized, memory foam sleeper sofa to use if needed. The dining area has a table with seating for 8, and an additional 4 barstools at the counter. Enjoy your morning coffee with the provided coffee and coffee maker. Complimentary wine and chocolate are yours to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped and includes appliances such as an ice maker, toaster, blender, water kettle and extra large griddle. A washer/dryer and 1/2 bath are also included on the main level. Upstairs on the 3rd level are 3 bedrooms. MASTER: King sized bed, large closet with dresser, private full bathroom with walk in shower, 43" Samsung smart TV, private gulf-view sundeck with seating BAYSIDE: King sized bed, large closet with dresser, 40" Samsung smart TV, small deck with chairs overlooking the bay (perfect to view the sunrise) BUNK ROOM: Twin over Full futon bunk bed, 32" Smart TV with retro Atari game system and unique full-sized Pac-Man Arcade game. There is a full bath in the hall that is shared by the secondary bedrooms. A pack and play with sheets is stored in the Bayside room and there is one baby gate available at the property. Please use at your own risk and always keep an eye on small children by the stairs. On the breezy first level of this property is a large shaded deck perfect for enjoying views of the gulf. Located here you'll find a picnic table, outdoor shower and a gas grill. Because of how close you are to the gulf, there is not beach access directly out front. You can access the beach on either side of complex.

-All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. -One dog allowed - $200 pet fee per stay. -Signed rental agreement is required before check - in. -2 vehicle max. -Check in is after 4pm, Check out before 10am. We are not able to accomodate late check-out or early check-in. There will be a $100 late fee for every hour taken past checkout.

Neighborhood
Cape San Blas is located on St. Joseph Peninsula, a narrow stretch of land extending out from Port St. Joe and curving around St. Joseph Bay. Often named as one of the "Best Beaches in America", the Cape is known for its seclusion, laid back atmosphere, abundant sea life, and natural beauty. There is an 8.7 mile trail that runs the length of the peninsula to the state park at the end. Popular activities include beach-going, snorkeling, fishing, and biking.
Guest Access
Guests have access to all of the house. You will be provided with an electronic door access code prior to arrival for easy check-in. Hosts are readily available for any questions or issues by messaging through the app. Business hours are 9am - 6pm EST.
Find us
There are two parking spots allotted for visitors. One in the carport, and one directly in front of the carport. Cape San Blas is walkable, and there is a general store exactly .5 miles from the property.
